Shipping

• We ship across India using trusted delivery partners to ensure safe transit of our biofertilizers and agricultural products.
• Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days and the same will be delivered within 5-6 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS.
• Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Returns

• If an item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, please request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items should be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We will inspect returned products and process a replacement according to the findings. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

Note: For agricultural inputs, proper storage and handling after delivery are important. We may request photos or other information to help assess product condition before issuing a replacement.
